There are two access points on the Nevada side of Heavenly Mountain Resort (Stagecoach Lift/Lodge and Boulder Lift/Lodge). I recommend the Boulder Lift and Lodge for all beginner skiers/snowboarders. The Boulder Lift/Lodge area has food and drink, ski school, rentals and the Magic Carpet(for beginners).

You can access the entire mountain from the Boulder Lift and it is a very easy to get to the brand new Olympic Chair from this access point.

Heavenly's website suggests we will see the Stagecoach Express and the Sky Express chairs moving.... with people in them for the first time of the 07-08 season. To prepare the base of Stagecoach the snow guns have been running for the last 24+ hours.

In addition, we have an easy 12"-18" of new snow from the most recent storm that broke mid-day yesterday.
