The article suggests even though this was a top 5 year for snowfall the resorts in California are reporting a 12% decline in skier visits. The main reason for the decline is the big storms took place.... at the wrong time(s). Most storms seemed to arrive just before or during weekend days. Just got word the last set of snow blowers leading to the Stagecoach Lift will start tonight. In addition, the weather report has clouds arriving this Sunday with a snow storm coming Monday- Tuesday- Wednesday. Could be a great week on the mountain.
