Our Heavenly Lakeview House is located at the peak of a hill in the Heavenly North Area. It is an upgraded 5 bd/3ba, 3900+ sq ft single family home with panoramic views of Lake Tahoe.
The house sleeps 16 and is a perfect setting for large groups.

The house is very close to Heavenly Mountain Resort Boulder Lift / Boulder Lodge and Stagecoach Lift / Stagecoach Lodge. It is an easy 4.1 mile drive to the South Lake Tahoe Casino Strip and 5.2 miles to Nevada Beach.

There is a hot tub and plenty of deck space to relax and view Lake Tahoe and sunsets.

The game room with wet bar, pool table and Directv satellite is a perfect area for entertaining your guests.

High Speed Internet is available with a Verizon DSL hookup.

Christmas and New Years dates are $1000 per night with a 5 night minimum.

Thanksgiving is $700 per night with a 4 night minimum.

MLK, Pres Weekend, Memorial, Labor and all 3 day holidays are $700 per night with a 3 night minimum.

July 4th Holiday is $1000 per night with a 5 night minimum.

Once the dates are confirmed Launch Lake Tahoe, Inc will provide a contract and rules for you to review. At this time you will need to sign and return the contract page and pay entire Launch Lake Tahoe, Inc invoice to complete the transaction.
