Unit can be locked off as a 1bd/1ba (sleeps 4 at $160 per night) or a 3bd/2ba (sleeps 8-10 at $225 per night).

Fully furnished and completely stocked 2 story condo is located on the Nevada side of Heavenly Mountain Resort (Heavenly North Area). An easy 25 yards from the building and you are standing on the ski run. Two private hot tubs- one on each deck.

Parking is very close to unit with few stairs. Located on the BlueGo and Heavenly Bus Routes.

LEASE TERMS

2 Night Minimum. Unit can be locked off as a 3bd/2ba or 1bd/1ba.

3bd/2ba (sleeps 8-10) is $225 per night for winter non-holiday bookings with a $175 cleaning fee. Security Deposit is $400 and Douglas County Occupancy Tax is 10%.

1bd/1ba (sleeps 4) is $160 per night for winter non-holiday bookings with a $90 cleaning fee. Security Deposit is $300 and Douglas County Occupancy Tax is 10%.

Holiday Bookings
Dec 20- Jan 2 dates are $400 per night with a 5 night minimum. Jan 18-21 and Feb 15-18 dates are $325 per night with a 3 night minimum.

First step is to check availability calendar and then contact Launch Lake Tahoe, Inc to confirm available dates. Once the dates are confirmed Launch Lake Tahoe, Inc will provide a lease agreement/contract for you to review and sign. At this time you will need to pay the entire Launch Lake Tahoe, Inc invoice to complete the transaction.
