Home Monitor Service

Lake Tahoe's weather conditions can wreak havoc on an unoccupied home--especially in the winter months when pipes are at risk for freezing. Once per week we will inspect the exterior of your home and then conduct a general walk-through to ensure your home is functioning properly. We will check windows, entry doors, appliances and run all faucets to check for frozen pipes and leaks under the sinks. In addition, you can add specific items you would like us to look for while we are visiting your home. Findings will immediately be emailed/phoned to you wherever you are in the country at the time. Launch Lake Tahoe will hold a key on file or a lock box can be set up so we can check your house regularly. Let us be your eyes and ears for your South Lake Tahoe home while you are out of town.

Cost

$120.00 per month (one visit per week) for all homes up to a 4bd/3ba home.
